By establishing the Pearlette Club would ensure a smooth transition into the Amicette Youth Club (ages 9-13). The purpose of the Pearlette Program is to assist in the community, academic, and personal development of young girls. The Pearlette programs and projects should be in line with the National Programmatic emphasis.
The Pearlettes are girls age four (4) to eight (8) who are willing to strive for the ideals of Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood and Finer Womanhood; as well as demonstrate potential for leadership and are willing to work as a part of a group.
The Pearlettes participate in activities which present opportunities to: · Share ideas· Feel good about themselves· Learn the importance of responsibility· Improve communication skills· Develop a positive attitude and improve self-esteemYoung girls involved in the program emulate Zeta's ideals of community service, friendliness to others, and finer womanhood through various programs.
The Amicettes The Amicettes were officially adopted as the second official youth organization of the Sorority in 1970. The purpose of the Amicette Program is to assist in the community, academic, and personal development of young ladies. The Amicette programs and projects should be in line with the National Programmatic emphasis.

The purpose of the Amicette Program is to assist in the community, academic, and personal development of young ladies. The Amicette programs and projects should be in line with the National Programmatic emphasis.
The Amicettes support the cultural, social, and leadership and educational growth of nine (9) to thirteen (13) year old elementary & middle school girls through hands-on-participation in self-improvement activities and community service projects. The Amicettes recently organized a chapter with the National Society of Black Engineers, which is designed to stimulate the interests in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics fields (STEMS).
The purpose of the Amicette program is to widen horizons, develop leadership skills, strengthen social and cultural awareness through programs and community service, and make a constructive impact on one’s personal development. The Amicettes participate in activities that present opportunities to:
The Archonettes were the first organized youth club sponsored by Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. in the 1940s and in 1968. The Archonettes were adopted as the national senior-high youth affiliate for the Sorority. The Archonette Program helps young ladies grow culturally, socially, and educationally. The members participate in projects according to their interests and the needs of the community. Projects completed can be of service to an individual, group, or community and develop the young ladies’ special skills at the same time.
The Archonettes support the cultural, social, leadership and educational growth of a talented group of fourteen (14) to eighteen (18) year old high school girls through hands-on-participation in self-improvement activities and community service projects.
